If you were to come in for a tour of Sunset today, or bring a parent who might be interested in seeing our community, what would you consider to be the best time for making the decision to move to a senior community? Sunset has all living levels- from independent to assisted care and memory care. What are your needs? We encourage seniors to move while physically independent so they can enjoy all of Sunset's ammenities AND a move is a lot less overwhelming when independent.
What are WE able to provide?
In 2009, all Manor single apartments that became available were taken by current residents in the independent living Villages. These residents have been able to use the continuum of care to their advantage, staying independent as long as possible, then move to an area where nursing care would be available to the extent that they need it.
What is available NOW?
Currently, Sunset has One Bedroom and Efficiency apartments available in the independent living Village right now. Several have fabulous views and locations. This is the the best time ever to consider a move to Sunset. With the financial incentives we are offering through March 31, opportunity is available for many.
What is NOT available?
There is currently no availability in the Manor because of many current residents waiting for availability. Please call us today to see if you might qualify for indepdent living, and consider that move soon! We'd love to meet with you, over lunch if you'd like.
